Getting started in the industry
Platform Expos is an annual event showcasing talents from the digital and tech industry from huge household names e.g. Microsoft, right down to local businesses and indie developments. In line with the City of Culture’s theme “Made in Hull” we are putting that extra emphasis on the great ideas and talents that come right out of our very own city.
On the 29th of January, the event will be held as an education day along with a Hackathon for local businesses!
Global Game Jam
Come and take part in Hull’s Global Game Jam as part of the Expo!
We’re looking for computer scientists, artists, writers and whoever has an interest in making games to form a team and create a game in 48 hours related to the secret theme unveiled at the event!
Interested? Find out more about Global game Jam here, and sign up today!
